Canal Square Redevelopment

A six-phase Master Plan for the redevelopment of Schenectady’s Canal Square Corridor, a few miles from New York’s state Capital. The one million square foot plan introduces major office, retail, entertainment and other smaller components to bring increased activity to the street and re-establish State Street as the vibrant core of downtown Schenectady.
