A Master Plan consisting of a village of various hotels ranging from mid-scale to luxury, along with major entertainment facilities and convention space. Phase I is a proposed one million square foot casino. Phase II includes an additional 2 million square feet composed of four hotels with over 2,500-keys, a 150,000 square foot destination retail mall, a 100,000 square foot convention hall, 50,000 square feet of meeting and event space, 150,000 square feet of other entertainment facilities, a 20,000 square foot spa and 50,000 square feet of various food and beverage outlets.  10,000 vehicles are accommodated in structured and surface parking.
