A Landmarked building, renovated and repositioned from a former Best Western hotel to a 66-key boutique luxury hotel (member of Leading Hotels of the World).  Located in lower Manhattan’s vibrant and newly redeveloped historic South Street Seaport. The program includes several guestrooms types, a fitness center, hotel lobby bar and a separate restaurant.
