Hyatt Regency at Penn’s Landing

A 21-story 350-key 4-star quality hotel, with 500 structured parking spaces overlooking the historic Society Hill and located on the Delaware River waterfront promenade. This was a major redevelopment project to enliven and create pedestrian access to the Philadelphia waterfront, where major attractions, such as museums, food and beverage, entertainment and additional waterfront activities exist.
