Turning Stone Resort

A 3,400-acre Master Plan including two 5-star hotels, a 5,500 seat, 33,000 square foot event center and an expansion of the existing gaming facility. Along with the new buildings, the Master Plan coordinated the addition of two 18-hole golf courses, a driving range, the re-routing of a natural gas trunk line, new structured parking, and improvements to traffic patterns and guest and service circulation to create a cohesive resort experience throughout.
